 With over 32 years of experience in both the private and public sector I have been exposed to a range of very difficult situations including:

- unreasonable management actions

- bullying and harassment

- retaliations as a result of performance management of staff

​

- working in highly stressful situations involving emergency services operations to major disasters

- dealing with unsustainable workloads with insufficient resources
